These Keto Pizza Zucchini Boats are no different. Just 5 very basic ingredients and you have a healthy, low carb dinner that is sure to satisfy those pizza cravings!
Ingredients:
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices of pepperoni
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- Fill each zucchini boat with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
- Place the zucchinis on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
