How to Make Keto Pizza Bites
This recipe is ready in just over 30 minutes, and takes only 15 minutes to prep. And the best part? All the ingredients are bought pre-made, so there’s almost no work except building your pizza bites!
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare the Muffin Pan
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a standard-sized muffin pan with cooking spray. You can also use a silicone muffin pan – the pizzas will come out easier and are easy to clean up.
Step 2: Mix the Crust
Mix all the crust ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Evenly distribute the cauliflower mixture into each well of the muffin tin, using about 2 heaping tablespoons in each one. Use your fingers to press the cauliflower into the bottom of the muffin pan to make an even layer.
Step 3: Bake the Crust
Bake for 12 minutes until the crust is slightly golden. Take the muffin pan out of the oven and top each crust with:
- 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons of pepperoni
Bake for an additional 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Keto Pizza Bites!
Get creative the next time you make these pizza bites! Consider using different meats (or no meat!), add your favorite keto-friendly veggies, or try different cheeses or sauces. Just remember that it will change the nutritional values, so be sure to recalculate those.
