How to Make a Keto Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of quality matcha powder
- 2 tbsp of hot water
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 packets of Whole Earth Stevia and Monk Fruit blend
Instructions:
- Start by adding 1 tsp of matcha powder to a wide-mouth mug.
- Add 2 tbsp of hot water and whisk until the matcha is smooth and evenly mixed.
- In a microwave-safe mug, heat one cup of unsweetened almond milk for about 1-1.5 minutes in the microwave.
- Carefully remove and add 1-2 packets of Whole Earth Stevia and Monk Fruit blend into the hot almond milk. Use a milk frother or a whisk to blend the almond milk and sweetener, as well as to froth the almond milk.
- Pour the almond milk in a circular motion over the matcha.
- Enjoy as is, or sprinkle a little extra matcha powder on top for a little garnish!
