- 3 cups of lightly steamed broccoli
- 1 ounce of cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1! 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
