High Heat, High Crisp

When cooking meat in the air fryer, we crank up the temperature to 390/400F to ensure a crispy exterior. However, all air fryers vary in temperature, so it’s essential to keep an eye on your food until you get a feel for how your air fryer works.

To Glaze Or Not To Glaze

You can make this air fryer chicken thighs recipe with or without a glaze. The glaze adds extra flavor, and you can even serve it on the side for those who want it. Instead of letting the marinade go to waste, reduce and thicken it, and store it in a mason jar in the fridge to add to meats all week long.

Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

If you don’t have chicken thighs on hand, you can use any other meat. Chicken drumsticks are our personal favorite and work great in the air fryer. If you haven’t used your air fryer to cook your meats, start with this air fryer chicken thighs recipe.
