Pumpkin Spice Donuts
These soft and fluffy pumpkin spice donuts are the perfect treat for fall. With a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, they’re sure to become a favorite. And the best part? They’re easy to make and can be stored for up to a week.

How to Make Pumpkin Spiced Donuts
To make these delicious donuts, you’ll need a few simple ingredients and a donut pan. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth, then add almond flour, coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, Erythritol, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the batter to a quart-sized zip-top bag or pastry bag and cut a large opening in one of the corners. Squeeze the batter evenly into the prepared donut molds.
Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes, or until they’re golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool while you prepare the cinnamon sugar coating.
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
In a small mixing bowl, melt the butter. In a separate bowl, mix together Erythritol, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
While the donuts are still warm, carefully remove them from the molds. Dip both sides of the donut in butter, then coat in the cinnamon/erythritol mixture and set on a wire rack to cool.
