How to Make Keto Raspberry Preserves in 30 Minutes
Ingredients and Kitchen Items Needed
- Raspberries
- Swerve Confectioners Sweetener
- Water
- Lemon Zest and Juice
- Ground Ginger
- Pumpkin Spice
- Xantham Gum (thickener)
- Small Saucepan
- Mixing Spoon
- Small Airtight Container/Tupperware
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except xantham gum) to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Add xantham gum and whisk for an additional 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. The mixture will thicken further as it cools.
Note: Xantham gum is a thickening agent that helps the preserves come together. It’s essential for achieving the right consistency.

Using Your Keto Raspberry Preserves
Once the preserves cool, they’re ready to eat. Enjoy them on a toasted slice of keto bread, use them as a topping for keto waffles or pancakes, or add them to your favorite keto recipe. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Other Berry Options
You can also make preserves with other berries, such as blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries. Just be aware that blueberries have a higher carb count compared to the other options.
