How to Make Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Then, in a small bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese. Set aside.
Make the Stuffing Mixture
Combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese in a small bowl. Set aside.

Stuff the Chicken Breasts
Slice each chicken breast lengthwise so the breast folds open (be sure not to slice all the way through). Spread the broccoli-cheddar mixture on one side of the chicken and fold the other side over.
Wrap with Bacon
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper. Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Bake
Place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crisp. Then you are ready to serve!
